Delivery
All prints are shipped and packed by hand by the artist and sent within one week of receiving the order. Each order comes in an acid-free protector with a rigid card backing. In the case of customizable prints, please allow an extra week to fulfill the request, since the print needs to be created digitally specifically for you.
Shipping
For orders in the U.S., we ship via USPS First Class Package, which should take 5-10 business days barring weather/COVID related delays USPS might experience. Shipping is included in the price of the print.
We ship International orders via USPS First Class International Mail. International shipping is more expensive, and orders will usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately since we are a small store that prints on demand, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is a mistake with your order, or you would like to cancel it before it has shipped, please contact us using the contact form, and we will work something out!
